Summary
Job Summary The Senior HR/OD Consultant will support the CPO on time limited programmes to support the People Directorate. The postholder will lead on these programmes, ensuring that projects are developed with timescales and deliverable outcomes. The Senior HR/OD Consultant will support the Chief People Officer as required including attendance at meetings as required. Specific Projects: The role will support the Chief People Officer to undertake strategic time-limited projects. This is likely to include: Leadership development of senior staff within the Directorate Identification of culture improvement programmes Scoping our roles and responsibilities of senior HR/OD and teams to help shape future staffing models Review of team responsibilities, capacity and capability Support in the development of a People Strategy /year 1 implementation plan with key objectives and identified owners For the job description and person specification for the role please see attached.
