Randstad Student Support is actively seeking a highly-qualified Study Skills Tutor to provide one-on-one support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism at West Herts College. This is a time-sensitive role, and we are aiming to expedite the hiring process to find the best candidate quickly.
Tasks
* Develop and implement individualized learning plans.* Guide students in effective study strategies.* Assess student progress and adapt plans accordingly.* Collaborate with university staff.* Utilize online teaching technologies.* Create personalized learning materials.
Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proven experience working with SPLDs and Autism.* Proficiency in utilizing online teaching technologies.* Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
