Are you a passionate and highly-qualified Study Skills Tutor eager to make a real difference in students' lives? Randstad Student Support is actively seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential one-on-one support to students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs) and Autism at West Herts College. Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized learning plans, guide students in effective study strategies, assess student progress, collaborate with university staff, utilize online teaching technologies, and create personalized learning materials.

Qualification/educationRelevant professional body memberships (PATOSS, BDA, PASSHE, ADHSE, Dyslexia Guild) are required. Proven experience working with SPLDs and Autism is essential.
ExperienceProven teaching experience with students with SPLDs and Autism.
