What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
  • Answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer needs are met accurately and promptly.
  • Maintaining high standards of data input and record-keeping.
  • Supporting smooth business operations by liaising across teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience is essential; experience in the transport industry is a plus.
