McGinley Support Services is currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor for a key infrastructure project based in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Site Supervisor to join a respected team and secure consistent long-term work with excellent rates of pay.

About the Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations including groundworks, drainage, ducting, and buried services. You'll ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This role is ideal for a proactive and safety-focused Site Supervisor ready to take on a long-term position.

Requirements:
  • Valid Gold CSCS Card

  • SSSTS Certificate

  • Streetworks Ticket

  • Strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure works

  • Experience in drainage, ducting, and buried services supervision

Desirable (Not Essential):
  • QCF Level 3 in Buried Services

Pay Details:
  • Standard Rate: £26.29 p/h PAYE Direct

  • Overtime Rate: £39.44 p/h
