Summary
The Office Manager monitors all course loading activities, the sending of joining instructions to c2500 personnel annually, and the collation of the subsequent output data. You will also be responsible for managing the annual reporting process for all AIS staff.
These duties place you at the heart of a motivated team of military staff as you will provide Instructional training to prospective military trainers.
Key responsibilities of an Office Manager:
Schedule courses and collate post course reports as required.
Manage and co-ordinate the pre and post course administration for all AIS courses, maintaining and amending joining instructions as appropriate.
Manage and supervise all AIS Administrative staff delivering timely Ministry of Defence (MOD) Performance Appraisals, ensuring objectives are agreed to achieve service delivery and outputs.
Act as the point of contact for external Units on matters relating to course or student administration including first sight of the group mailbox.
Raise reports on military HR management system - keeping check of the reporting chain progress.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for civilian HR issues.
Act as Information Support Officer in accordance with MOD procedures.
