Summary
Breakfast & After School Club Site Lead
Location: Fairfield Infants School, Felixstowe, IP11 9JB
Hours: 25 per week (mornings and afternoons, Monday–Friday)

We’re looking for a confident and caring Site Lead to manage our Breakfast and After School Clubs at Fairfield Infants School.
If you’re an experienced childcare professional ready to step up, this is your chance to lead a club where children love to learn, play, and thrive.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily club sessions in a safe, engaging environment
• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
• Supervise staff and manage site operations
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
• Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted standards are met
What You’ll Need:
• Level 2 in Childcare, Playwork or similar
• Experience with children aged 4–11
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Good understanding of safeguarding
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
• Confident communicator
