Daniel Owen is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our office based in Oxford specialising in facilities management.

What you will be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?
- Identify and develop existing client relationships, not only over the phone but face to face
- Sourcing skilled individuals that have the correct qualifications and experience
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
- Providing a top tier service to ensure repeat business and recommendations
The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Recruitment or sales professional (any sector experience)
- Will have the ability to motivate and inspire others and have the ambition to progress into a managerial role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to make decisions and use their own initiative
