Summary
The main duties of this post will be to focus on a high standard of quality for the department and patients in a complex environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly team player who is, passionate about all aspects of Nursing, and who has exceptional managerial skills. The post holder will lead by example, demonstrating consistent exemplary standards of care and professionalism, is innovative and keen to drive nursing forward. Previous experience of working within the secure estate would be an advantage.
