Summary
Working as a Team Leader along side other BBE Team Leaders of employability services, you will be required to:
To lead on the engagement with businesses and partner organisations to source employment opportunities for registered clients including paid employment, work placements, work tasters and trials in order to increase employment outcomes for the service’s employment projects.
To manage the business engagement team and ensure that the team provides smart and effective services for local residents (students and job seekers) and local businesses resulting in positive employability outcomes and social and economic impact.
To lead and manage employability staff in the day-to-day delivery of externally funded employment programmes ensuring compliance with statutory, funding body and internal audit requirements as and when required.

Candidate Profile
Recognised relevant information, advice and guidance qualification desirable. Degree level qualification or at least 5 years’ experience of operational management of welfare to work delivery essential.
