Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 Revenues and Benefits Customer Service Advisors who will be required to deal with inbound customer queries through multiple communication channels. The role will primarily consist of working in a busy Revenues and Benefits Contact Centre environment dealing with telephone, written, electronic and face to face communication.

The role of Customer Service Advisor is to ensure a high level of customer care is always delivered, making sure customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively at the first point of contact.

Revenues and Benefits knowledge would be an advantage however not essential as legislative, and systems training will be provided.

Previous experience of working in a busy Customer Service Contact centre or face to face would also be an advantage.

Hours of work are fixed as 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday) and successful applicants will be required to work a minimum of 37 Hours per week. A flexi working scheme is in operation to take account of any excess hours worked.

This post is currently operating as an office-based role.

You must hold a Mathematics & English Language qualification at a minimum of functional skills Level 2 or equivalent and evidence will be required at the Test stage. Failure to provide this may result in in your application being terminated at that point.

Upon Employment a period of 6 weeks inhouse training will commence.

Closing date for applications will be 5pm on 11th July 2025.

Shortlisted candidates must be available for testing week commencing 28th July 2025.

Following the test, you may be offered a face to face interview and will need to be available for Interviews which will take place week commencing 11th August 2025.
