What you’ll be doing



The Dynamics Developer is part of The Big Life group technology team, which develops and delivers services that change lives. This
role will support the Development team to transform the way in which we engage with our service users, through the maintenance and
development of our CRM Dynamics technology.



The Developer works with a team of Technical Business Analysts and Developers to interface with both technical and non-technical
teams to ensure that the organisation can unlock the value of Dynamics to our service users.



They work in partnership with IT, data, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders across the group, working on projects as
well as managing their own development backlog.



What we need from you



* You will have experience of configuring Dynamics CRM systems
* You will have experience working across the full development lifecycle, including creating design requirements, proposing
solutions, developing and configuring Dynamics software, and managing ongoing maintenance and operations.
* You’ll be as comfortable work as a member of project and agile teams, as well as independently, on a variety of projects.
* You’ll be great at prioritising tasks to meet deadlines, working on multiple projects at the same time.
* You will ensure all development follows best practice, particularly in relation to security and maintainability.

* A salary of £37,938 - £45,718 (NJC points 28 to 36) - dependent on experience.
* A fixed term contract to March 2026
* 25 days holiday (pro rata)
