Summary

Your new company

Working within a large public organisation as a recycling attendant within Newtownards HRC. Opportunity to extend past contracts.
Friday (08:00-17:00)
Saturday (08:00-16:30)
17.5 Hours a week

Your new role

At least one year's experience in paid employment of outdoor manual work in all weather conditions
At least one year's experience in paid employment of dealing with contractors and/or customers
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages
Experience in the operation of electronic devices such as mobile phones or tablets.
One year's experience of operating electrical/mechanical equipment or plant in a work environment
Good communication skills
Understanding and appreciation of the needs of customers
To be a good team worker
Ability to work on your own initiative

What you'll need to succeed

- At least one year's experience in paid employment in outdoor manual work in all weather conditions, lifting heavy items over 16kg for more than 50% of the working day.- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dealing with the public on a daily basis
- Experience of working as part of a team
