Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with autism, managing PTSD and panic attacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with autism.
- Assist in managing PTSD and alleviating panic attacks.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of those in your care.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting people with autism.
- Ability to manage panic attacks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to provide special sensitive support to help manage PTSD
