You should have successful experience in a customer service and/or administrative environment; will display initiative and work effectively both on your own and as part of a team; will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of Microsoft Office competency (preferably including OneDrive and MS Teams) and work to very high standards. The role will initially involve working primarily with staff and learners on our Adult and Apprenticeship Programmes, and will therefore require occasional evening and reception work, with the potential to work additional evening hours should the need arise.
