Successful candidates will have excellent English, live locally in Dulwich and have experience working in a UK nursery and in administration roles.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
Provide a professional and calm first point of contact for parents, carers, and visitors
Support with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth nursery operations
Maintain records and assist with filing and general office duties
Work collaboratively with nursery staff and management
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, calm, and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using the phone and basic IT systems
