Inspire Education Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lecturer to join our dynamic team at Stamford College. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of our Hospitality and Catering courses, from Level 1 to Level 3, and potentially other related programmes.




What you’ll be doing:

Delivering engaging and effective teaching in Hospitality and Catering, aligned with Professional Teaching Standards.
Planning, developing, and reviewing engaging programmes and course materials.
Assessing student work, providing constructive feedback, and monitoring progress to ensure high levels of achievement.
Creating SMART targets and implementing effective interventions to support student success.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and provide an exceptional learning experience.
Providing academic tutorials and guidance to students.
Contributing to the coordination, promotion, and delivery of the College’s diverse range of courses.




What you’ll need:

A Level 5 Teaching qualification (e.g., DTTLS, Diploma in Education and Training, Cert Ed, or PGCE) or willingness to work towards it.
A minimum of a Level 3 or 4 qualification (HND, degree, or professional industry qualifications) in a relevant subject area.
Minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy.
Assessor Award (A1/TQA/CAVA) is desirable.
Internal Verifier award (V1/IQA) is desirable.
