Role Description
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, great people skills, and be confident working independently. This is a hands-on role with responsibilities that include customer service, store upkeep, and operational support.

Key Details
• 28 hours per week, across 4 days
• Working hours: 10am - 5pm
• Saturday shifts are required

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and fashion advice
• Confidently work alone and manage the shop independently
• Maintain a tidy, clean, and visually appealing store
• Handle cash and operate the till with accuracy and integrity
• Order and manage stock, including steaming/ironing new arrivals
• Act as a live model by wearing store clothing and promoting style
• Be friendly, approachable, and confident in offering styling opinions

Requirements
• Retail management and customer service skills
• Experience in inventory management, sales strategies, and meeting sales goals
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
