We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties in and around the UK.

Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install solar panels, inverters, and related equipment according to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Electrical Connections: Connect solar panel systems to the mains electrical grid safely and correctly.
• Testing and Commissioning: Test and commission installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during or after installation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations and associated documentation.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service and address any client queries.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Teamwork: Work effectively with other engineers and team members.

Requirements:
• Qualifications: Qualified Electrician with relevant industry certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, MCS).
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in solar panel installation.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in all aspects of solar PV installation, including wiring, racking, and commissioning.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Work ethic: Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining customer satisfaction.
