Summary

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to a pending pay award. The final salary will be adjusted in line with the nationally agreed pay award.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for roles as Level 3 – Care and Support within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rolling rota covering day and night shifts supporting the needs of the service. These roles will support the Registered and Assistant Manager with providing care and support in registered settings.


The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting a child centred approach to practice, have a solid career history in children’s residential care or similar care and support provision. Whilst we are seeking Individuals with a degree of fluency in the Welsh language. We welcome applications from non-Welsh speakers. All successful applicants requiring support to learn/improve their Welsh language skills will be offered funded lessons, during work time, to help reach the desired standard following appointment.
