Summary
Introduction
I am a 12 year old boy who has Downs Syndrome. I am very active and love to be outside. I like going bowling, Swimming or going to the Cinema. I love to play football or cricket and go for welly walks. I also like to go to the Supermarket and go out for food. I also need help with personal care when out.
Duties
To take me out to do something that I like to do as its my time to enjoy. I get 3hours every other week, and 8 hours in the school holidays. I can do any day.
Hours
3 hours every other week in term time
8 hours a week in school holidays
Rate: £15.10 an hour
Essential Requirements
Must have a driving license and own car
