If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a newly designed Student and Academic Services (SAS) Directorate at Canterbury Christ Church University.
The post holder will have management oversight of SITS team responsible for supporting users across the breadth of business areas and the entirety of the student lifecycle. Managing developments and enhancements to SITS functionality. High level of knowledge of SITS and student administrative business processes, as well as external regulatory bodies.
How to be successful
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about driving a SITS support service to stakeholders at various levels of system knowledge, including managing SLAs and driving future training needs. As the Student Systems Manager you will be an expert SITS user who will support business users in the delivery of key business processes such as Admissions, Registration and/or Progression.
How will you work?
We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working wherever possible and this role is Flexible and connected (Professional Services) Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and across the year but must purposefully align to the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders. It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
