Summary

Sales Advisor
Basic Salary: £30,000 OTE (uncapped Commission)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month (9am-2pm)

What You'll Do

- Engage with customers via phone and email, understanding their needs

- Promote and sell insurance products with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Achieve individual and team sales targets

- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

- Support a positive, collaborative team environment

What They're Looking For

- A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

- Results-driven and comfortable working towards targets

- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

- Eager to learn and grow in a supportive, dynamic team

Experience in sales (retail, contact centre, business-to-business) is useful but not essential — if you're passionate about people and performance, our client will give you the tools to succeed.
