Summary
Be the face of Spirit Primary Care for visitors to the practice and via telephone, delivering an exceptional service. Be at the forefront of the triage model, escalating patient requests appropriately and/or signposting patients to a more appropriate service. Effectively communicate with and support the practices clinical and non-clinical teams, secondary care and associated healthcare agencies.
