Excellent experience will be provided in ambulatory care, the management of acutely ill patients, on-going in-patient care, rehabilitation, and discharge planning. To undertake essential administrative duties, including prescribing, writing electronic discharge letters, and liaising with colleagues in primary care. To contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working collaboratively with a large team of allied healthcare professionals, including the Early Discharge Assessment Team, specialist nurses and physiotherapists.
