Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Administrator to support our busy student services team for two months. If you enjoy helping others, staying organised, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — from supporting students face-to-face to handling important admin behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Welcoming and supporting students at our ASK desk
    • Helping with face-to-face enrolment events
    • Managing queries across three central inboxes
    • Updating systems with student change-of-detail requests
    • Notifying external bodies of changes for HEIW students
    • Sending out standard letters using ready-made templates

    What we’re looking for:

      • Someone who can start right away
      • Confident communicator with great admin skills
      • Comfortable using systems and juggling tasks
      • Experience in education or a similar setting is a bonus

      This is a temporary role for initially 2 months working full time from Monday - Friday based in Wrexham. This role offers an hourly rate of £12.21 plus holiday pay!
