Summary
We are currently seeking a Lead Mechanical Building Maintenance Engineer to oversee and carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems within our client's site. This is a hands-on role with supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and pipework

Lead a small team of engineers and coordinate daily tasks

Ensure all work is carried out to company and industry standards

Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure service excellence
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar

Proven experience in building services/mechanical maintenance

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical plant
