The Money Advice and Rights Team (MART) require a Senior Clerical Assistant to provide administration support within the team. This role will be the first point of contact for residents contacting the team. The role will include answering basic enquires and signpost residents to any appropriate resources. You will be responsible for include answering enquiries via email and telephone, creating customer records on our client record management system, and assisting with all aspects of our office procedures and administration.
