About the Role of Assembly Operative:
- Precise assembly of small, intricate components, requiring exceptional dexterity and attention to detail.
- Working with connectors, cable assemblies, and shielding components, ensuring strict quality and performance standards are met.
- Using specialist crimping, insertion, and removal tools to assemble military-specification electrical connectors.
- Starting in a dedicated training school before progressing to your assigned department.
- Clean, air-conditioned workspace with structured training and development opportunities.
What potential Assembly Operatives should demonstrate:- Proven dexterity skills-previous assembly or manufacturing experience is highly desirable, and must be evident in your CV.
