My client near Bodmin is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join their senior Team!
As Hotel Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include boosting revenue through proactive sales and marketing strategies, cultivating client relationships, and pinpointing ways to increase occupancy and revenue in alignment with the hotel's strategic objectives. Your pivotal role is essential in securing the hotel's financial prosperity while providing guests with an

exceptional and unforgettable stay.


This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieving Revenue Targets
• Building relationships with clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and event planners
• Achieving Occupancy/Ticket sales
• Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' actions to stay informed and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with the reservations and marketing teams to create promotional campaigns, special packages, and events that draw in new customers and ensure the loyalty of existing ones.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in sales and revenue management in the hospitality sector.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other key sales and marketing tools.
• Extensive understanding of hotel distribution channels, pricing tactics, and market segmentation.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting revenue objectives
