Comforting Healthcare is currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated female Live-In Care Assistant to support a client in Liverpool. This role involves living in the client’s home during your working week, providing continuous support while maintaining the highest standards of care, respect, and professionalism.
About the Role:
This is a one week on / one week off position, offering the opportunity to build a meaningful, one-to-one relationship with the client while supporting their independence, health, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
- Medication administration and reminders
- Meal planning/preparation
- Light domestic duties
- Companionship and emotional support
- Escorting to appointments or social activities
- Monitoring changes in health and reporting as necessary
What We’re Looking For:
Due to the nature of live-in care, previous experience in a similar care role is essential. You will be living in the client’s home, so trust, professionalism and a caring attitude are crucial.
Applicants must:
- Be female, due to the needs and preferences of the client
- Have a UK driving licence
- Aged between 25 - 40
- Have at least 1 year of professional care experience
- Be confident working independently
- Have excellent communication and record-keeping skills
- Be respectful of privacy, cultural preferences and routines
- Have the right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
