Finance Project Analyst

You’ll play a key part in acquisition projects—gathering insights from newly acquired businesses and sharing your findings with the in-house finance team to support seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to newly acquired sites to assess, learn and understand their financial systems and processes
Liaise with key stakeholders to document and interpret system workflows
Relay findings to the in-house transactional finance team for seamless integration
Identify and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiencies
Support ongoing finance project work and integration planning across the business
Collaborate with wider teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in a finance, project analysis or systems-focused role
Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnight stays
Strong communication skills with the ability to relay technical knowledge in a simple, user-friendly way
Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Adaptable, resilient, and confident working in a change-led environment
A background in acquisitions or system implementation would be beneficial
