Summary

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of a Mobile Cleaner, on a 1-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £15.95 per hour

Summary:

The Mobile Cleaner will provide high-quality cleaning services across a variety of council buildings and schools within the borough. This is a mobile role requiring flexibility to cover multiple locations depending on staffing needs. The successful candidate will perform cleaning duties to ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met, including during staff absences, annual leave, or vacancies.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitise toilet areas, including sinks, pipes, cubicles, walls, doors, and hand dryers.
Clean kitchen areas: surfaces, sinks, floors, and skirting boards
Clean classrooms, staff rooms, school halls, offices, and communal areas.
Clean sports facilities and changing rooms including shower areas
Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish hygienically.
Sanitise surfaces such as desks, shelving, cubicle areas, and furnishings.
Requirements:

Must hold a clean full UK driving licence
Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings
Comfortable working in different locations across the borough
Experience or willingness to work in schools and office environments
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to undertake training and follow health & safety guidance.
