Join My Care Team – A Rewarding Role That Truly Makes a Difference

Location: New Alresford, Hampshire, SO24
Driver Required: Yes – essential due to rural location (no public transport)
Sponsorship: With regret, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Hi, I’m Tristan!

I was born in 2000 and live with complex physical, psychological, and communication needs due to an injury at birth. But that’s just one part of my story—I’m fun-loving, sociable, and I love getting outdoors, shopping, attending day services, and having a good laugh with my support team. Keeping things upbeat and engaging is really important to me.

I’m looking for Support Workers to join my care team—people who are calm, proactive, and bring a sense of structure and fun to my day. You’ll be helping me live life to the fullest, supporting me with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and social outings. I use a wheelchair and am gastrostomy fed, so confidence in these areas is essential.
