We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Grimsby Institute in the role of a Recruitment Officer. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
The business engagement function at TEC Partnership brings together all the people responsible for business-facing activity in a central team with the intention of maximising relationships and our ability to engage in multiple ways. This role has two main focusses:
The effective management of the relationship with potential apprentices and other learners including the matching of potential apprentices with vacancies at businesses.
Promotion of apprenticeships and other training at events, with schools and at employment events.
About the person
You will enjoy working with potential apprentices and getting them started on their journey with The Grimsby Institute and Skegness TEC. You will be well organised and able to juggle competing priorities as well as be excited about joining a newly developed team and working together to create a highly effective function.
Having both a level 3 business qualification and experience of recruitment are desirable but not essential. However, holding a driving license and having access to your own vehicle would be essential, due to the cross-campus travel.
