Summary
Danny Sullivan Group are looking for experienced Gatemen to join a major project based in Derby.
This is a long-term opportunity offering stable PAYE employment, competitive rates with uplifts, and the chance to be part of a high-profile UK infrastructure development. Whether you’re looking for day or night shifts, we have opportunities available for reliable and skilled operatives.
Job Description:
- Full-Time Position (10 Hours/Day – 5 Days a Week)
- Day and Night Shifts Available
- Starts ASAP
- Ongoing Long-Term Work
- PAYE
- Days: £14.66 per hour
- Nights: £18.33 per hour
- Rate uplifts available for overtime/weekend work
- Paid Holidays – 28 Days/Annum
- Bank Holidays Included
- Sick Pay and Pension Schemes
- Tax and NI handled for you
Your Role:
- Acting as a gateperson to manage site access and log all personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the site
- Communicating clearly with drivers and site staff to ensure safe vehicle movement and control at access points
- Supporting general site duties when required and reporting any safety concerns to supervisors
- Maintaining a secure and safe entry/exit environment in line with all health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- CSCS Card (Essential)
- Traffic Marshal Qualification (Preferred)
- Previous Experience as a Traffic Marshal or Gateman
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- One Working Reference
