Summary

Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a new opportunity?

Responsibilities:

- Recording incoming payments from clients.
- Preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner.
- Processing account statements for review and reporting.
- Handling outbound payments to external parties
- Setting up new accounts and archiving former account records.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Updating and maintaining the financial database with accuracy.
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
- Preparing and maintaining overdue payments

Essential:

- Proven experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external contacts.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
