Summary
Do You Have Proven Experience in Wholesale Administration?
We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Wholesale Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing, client communication, and general administrative tasks ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all our wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track wholesale orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Generate invoices, shipping documents, and maintain thorough documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support wholesale operations
• Assist during peak sales periods and events, helping manage increased order volumes
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
• Prior experience in a wholesale administrative role (fashion or retail sector preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with inventory or order management software (highly preferred)
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Industry knowledge or background in fashion/retail is a strong advantage
This is a full-time role working
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30, with an early finish at 16:00 on Fridays.
This role pays £26,000 per annum.
