Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Our Opportunity

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join our school from September 2025 to join our successful staff team. We are looking for practitioners who have an innovative approach to their work and aren’t afraid to think of new and interesting approaches to the support they offer.

Empathetic and passionate, you’ll understand that our pupils’ journeys aren’t necessarily linear. If you haven’t worked in SEN before, but are enthusiastic and motivated to make the move, we’ll give you all the additional training and support you require.

The role will be supporting school-wide, Year 1 to Year 11. You will be supporting learners within their classroom environment as well as their personal and social development during socialising periods through break and lunch times. The role may also involve supporting pupils who are accessing an alternate provision away from the school environment.
