Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to work for our highly prestigious client based in Tilbury.
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, Drivers are expected to complete deliveries with in lorries with container goods. This will role will suit drivers who have experience in driving container based lorries.
Hours of work 0300am - 0600am Starts Monday to Fridays Rates of pay: £18.50 per hour Overtime after 45 hours paid - at £20 per hour Duties Complete deliveries to ports 1-2 drops No handball involved Vehicle checks Skills and Experience HGV Class 1 licence Minimum of 6 Months experience Container delivery experience (Preferred) Be knowledgeable about working with containers and ports. Must have valid CPC, Digi card No more than 6 points, NO DD/DR Benefits All trucks equipped with a truck phone Most vehicles equipped with TVs, Microwaves, fridge / freezers, Satellite Navigation system.
