Summary
We have an immediate requirement for 6 Machine Operators to work in Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, with a real opportunity for a permanent position following a successful trial period.
Shift & Pay: Shifts: Rotating 4 on 4 off, days and nights (06:45-19:00/18:45-07:00) Hourly Pay: £14.24, with 11.5 hours paid and 3 x 30-minute breaks. Responsibilities: Ensure product quality Conduct stock counts Manage waste streams Maintain equipment per safety guidelines Ensure site safety Supply machines with materials Background: Machine operation experience is a must Machinery knowledge is a plus Food processing experience is advantageous Benefits: Development opportunities Free onsite parking Subsidised staff restaurant Staff shop access
