Summary
ABOUT US:
We supply packaging solutions to bakeries, cafes, food brands, and e-commerce companies. From branded cake boxes to eco postal packaging, we help clients stand out and grow.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
You’ll be our boots-on-the-ground in the Manchester region – identifying new customers, maintaining relationships, and driving packaging sales. You’ll have strong backing from our in-house team but will lead customer growth in your area.
KEY RESPONSIBILIES:
Prospect and approach bakeries, cafes, food producers, and online sellers
Meet clients, understand their needs, and present packaging options
Manage leads, quotes, and order flow with office support
Follow up regularly and hit realistic sales targets
Represent the business at food or packaging events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years in packaging, customer base, or related B2B sales
Proven ability to generate new business and manage accounts
Great people skills – friendly, smart, and confident in meetings
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Familiar with food, bakery, or retail supply chain is a bonus
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Attractive commission on converted orders/sales
OTE for part-time role: £20,000–£30,000+ (with potential to grow full-time)
Performance bonuses based on growth and retention
