Summary
Stores Operative (FLT Counterbalance Licence Preferred)
Location: Droitwich
Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Stores Operative to join our busy team in Droitwich. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations and, ideally, a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Kitting products and assembling components
• Picking and delivering parts to project teams
• Accurate stock handling using an Inventory Management System
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient stores area
• Supporting general stores duties as needed
• Picking stock based on pick sheets
• Inputting data into computer systems
• Safely storing pallets
• Loading and unloading deliveries and production lines
• Moving stock around the yard
• Working effectively as part of a team
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
• FLT Counterbalance licence preferred
• Confident using Inventory Management Software
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
