This is a rare opportunity to oversee an established, welcoming space that offers excellent service to our valued holiday homeowners. In this role, you’ll lead the team to deliver a warm, welcoming, and premium experience for our Owners. You’ll set the tone on service, support your team’s development, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. From managing team performance to solving issues with confidence, you’ll help create a space where Owners are truly valued every time they visit.

Key Accountabilities
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and meet goals.
Owner Experience: Ensure high-quality owner satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere
Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews. 
Resource Management: Oversee staff scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs. 
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards. 
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running. 
Training and Development: Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities. 

Requirements
- Established experience in roles such as Restaurant Manager, Experience Manager, Front of House Manager, or a similar leadership position.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
