If so, Challenge-trg Recruitment is currently working in partnership with the Co-operative and we have Warehouse Operative positions available in Bristol, Avonmouth, BS11 0YW.

**Potential start date - 25th May 2025**

Pay rates:

  • Day shift (Mon-Fri) - £12.45 p/h
  • Back shift (Mon-Fri) - £14.32 p/h
  • Night shift (Mon-Fri) - £15.57 p/h

Weekends:

  • Day shift - £14.32 p/h
  • Back shift - £16.19 p/h
  • Night shift - £17.44 p/h

Overtime:

  • Overtime (Mon - Fri) - £18.68 per hour | Overtime (Sat & Sun) - £20.55 per hour
  • Overtime paid after 37.5h of work completed.

Shifts pattern:

  • Days:(06:00 to 14:00) - Sunday to Thursday (7.5 hrs) or Sunday to Wednesday (9.5 hrs - 06:00 to 16:00).
  • Backs: (14:00 to 22:00) - Tuesday to Saturday (7.5 hrs) or Wednesday to Saturday (9.5 hrs - 12:00 to 22:00).
  • Nights:(22:00 to 06:00) - Tuesday to Saturday (7.5 hrs) or Wednesday to Saturday (9.5 hrs - 20:00 to 06:00).
  • Milk Pick - 08:00 to 16:00

You must also be able to pass a drug and alcohol test to apply for this role.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment- Chill (2-5 degrees Celsius)
  • Pick items using a voice activated pick system
  • Operate LLOP (full training provided)
  • Operate PPT (full training provided)
  • Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
  • Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 89%
  • Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
  • Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
