Summary
Role: Apprentice Playworker
Hours: Monday to Friday 2:15pm - 6:15pm
(20 hours per week in school and 5 hours paid study time)
Start date: September 2025
Payscale: £8.50 per hour
We’re looking for an energetic and caring apprentice to join our team and become a qualified Playworker in just 18 months!What You’ll Be Doing:● Supporting safe, fun and engaging play activities before and after school
● Helping set up creative games and activities
● Building positive relationships with children aged 3–11
● Learning on the job while gaining a nationally recognised qualification
What We’re Looking For:
● Aged 19–25 and ready to earn while you learn
● Positive, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children
● Willing to commit to 18 months of training and development
● No formal experience needed – just a great attitude!What You’ll Get:
● £8.50 per hour (including 5 paid hours of study time weekly)
● A Level 2 Playworker qualification on completion (in 18 months)
● Real-world experience in a supportive school environment
