Summary

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity within a Primary School setting?

TeacherActive is currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Dudley that is seeking a dedicated Early Years Manager to lead and support their Early Years provision. This role is ideal for a current Nursery Manager who is ready for a fresh challenge in a school environment.

The Role:

  • Position: Early Years Manager (Temporary – via TeacherActive)


  • Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only


  • Location: Dudley


  • Start: ASAP or September Start


  • Pay: Competitive rates depending on experience
    (Typical Nursery Manager salaries range from £26,000 to £33,000 per annum, pro rata for term-time hours)


    ✅ The Ideal Candidate Will:

    • Hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or above


    • Have previous experience as a Nursery Manager


    • Be confident managing Early Years staff and supporting the school’s EYFS framework


    • Be able to provide references from recent employers


    • Have a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one
