We are seeking a dedicated and professional SIA Door Supervisor with a strong focus on customer service to join our team in The Wirral. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of premises, staff, and patrons while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Provide a welcoming and friendly presence at the entrance, ensuring all guests feel valued and respected.
Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
Safety and Security: Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts and incidents calmly and efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and company procedures, including health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents and provide detailed reports
