Summary
Delegate tasks, manage shift rotas, and ensure staff adherence to operational standards.
Monitor stock levels on the shop floor. Ensure replenishment of shelves in a timely and accurate manner. Report discrepancies and oversee stock rotation.
Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, and special requests. Maintain high service standards across the shop floor.
Oversee product presentation and promotional displays. Ensure product pricing is accurate and visible.
Enforce company health & safety procedures. Ensure fire exits are clear, aisles are unobstructed, and staff follow manual handling and hygiene practices.
Assist in the implementation of loss prevention strategies, and ensure compliance with store security protocols.
Report to the Store Manager regarding sales trends, staffing issues, and operational improvements.
