We are a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the Lake District, renowned for stunning views, exceptional service, and award-winning dining. We are seeking a passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience to new heights.
As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. You will create seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients, delighting our guests with memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
-Design and deliver creative, high-quality menus reflecting the hotel’s luxury ethos.
-Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team.
-Manage stock, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness.
-Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
-Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
-Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on modern British cuisine and local produce.
-Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-Excellent organizational and financial acumen.
-Passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
